The great rest formula
The big break was discovered dozens and dozens of years ago. He was born in the nineteenth century, when English travellers that made Steamboats route to Cape Town discovered almost by chance the island with the best winters in Europe.
An island that offered them a refuge with perfect microclimates to settle for long periods and rest, heal ailments, mitigate the pains or simply leave all walks slowly. Somewhere in the midst of an ocean of good time, relax, take care and be well.
